The Ancient One tells him that he's inside the mirror dimension and he's ever-present but undetected and the real world isn't affected by what he does there. She opens a gateway to the mirror dimension and they walk through. The Ancient One says Strange is advancing quickly with his sorcery and he needs a safe place to practice his spells.
